This Dispensary Management tutorial will cover Management/Lead Techniques and how these can be applied in your dispensary, ensuring that you have a clearer insight of what is expected of your role. By the end you will recognise which duties can be delegated to other team members and guidance on tasks and how frequently these should be addressed. 

This tutorial will provide you with an understanding and underpinning knowledge of automation/managed repeats and how this could help with managing your workload. 

Looking at the layout of the dispensary, could this be improved? Stock control and stocktake. Covering additional practice income and how to take part in DSQS and the
requirements needed including DRUM’s
