computer’s internet browser, saving space and eliminating the need for paper-based CD
registers.

DispexCD is a cloud-based solution, meaning your data is securely stored and backed up.
The platform employs advanced encryption for both in-transit and at-rest data, ensuring
information is safeguarded at every stage. Importantly, PharmData does not engage
third-party data processors for patient data; all data is securely stored within their
London-based data center.
PharmData also maintains NHS compliance standards, verified through the NHS DSP
Toolkit. In line with data protection requirements, PharmData adheres strictly to your
data retention preferences. Upon request, they can securely delete electronic data,
ensuring it is removed from servers and backups. PharmData refrains from storing
data on physical media, such as printouts or USB drives, further enhancing security.
