What attendees will learn

This 1hr Tutorial presents ideas & processes to ensure effective team-working, communication
skills with how to manage conflict & deal with difficult patient scenarios. There is also
important guidance on confidentiality, data protection including the Caldicott principles,
and managing complaints appropriately.

Who should attend: 

This session would benefit new Dispensers, Admin & Reception staff or any of the front
of house team who may need or wish to refresh their knowledge on this subject.

Cancellation of bookings less than 14 working days and any non-attendance on the day, without prior notification of the course date are chargeable.

If Dispex cancel the course, then an alternative date/course will be offered once. This transfer must be undertaken on the first occasion offered or any payment already received is non-refundable.
