We’re currently seeking an experienced Prescription Clerk and a seasoned Dispensing
Lead to join our team.
Dispensing Tutor
We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Lead Dispenser or Dispensary Manager
who is confident delivering training sessions to small groups via Microsoft Teams. Join
us in delivering high-quality, dispensary training to practice teams across the country.

Ideal candidates will:
- Have 5+ years of experience working in a dispensary
- Be confident using and presenting over Microsoft Teams
- Have reliable internet and access to a laptop or PC. Ideally have a microphone and
camera (we can provide a microphone and camera if required) - Be available to host one hour Dispex tutorials once a month (subject to change).
The tutorials are held on Wednesdays between 1-2pm ( non are held in August) - Be self-employed and able to submit monthly tutorial invoices to Dispex
Prescription Clerk Tutor
We are also seeking an experienced and friendly Prescription Clerk who is passionate about
their role and eager to help establish a national standard. If you’re dedicated to upholding
high standards and advocating for the importance of this role, we’d love to hear
from you.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Prescription Clerk
- Be confident using and presenting over Microsoft Teams
- Have reliable internet and access to a laptop or PC. Ideally have a microphone and camera
(we can provide a microphone and camera if required) - Be available to host a two hour Dispex tutorial once every other month (subject to change).
This will be a new tutorial, likely scheduled for Wednesdays from 12-2pm ( not held in August) - Be self-employed and able to submit monthly tutorial invoices to Dispex

2025. Please note, this is a part-time, self-employed role, requiring candidates to submit invoices for
hosting tutorials to Dispex. Work is subject to change and not guaranteed.
Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to a Teams meeting for an informal discussion. Those who progress
will then be required to deliver a short “mock” tutorial to a small group from the Dispex team, using a
provided PowerPoint presentation.
Successful candidates
New tutors will enjoy flexible remote work, competitive rates, and the potential opportunity to advance into
delivering additional Dispex training. New tutors will also receive all course materials and ongoing support
from the Dispex team via phone, email, and Teams.
Start Date
Successful candidates will begin internal training in June and start hosting tutorials in September.
