4 Steps to Free Training from Your PCN
1. Identify a leadership & management training requirement.
2. Find a relevant and suitable Dispex course- such as our online 7 course package.
3. Contact your PCN Lead and provide them with our email training@dispex.net, we will invoice
your PCN for payment.
4. You will receive your training confirmation directly from Dispex.
Secure your funding by 31st March, but you can train after this date!

Once your request for funding has been approved by your PCN, please contact the Dispex office via
email. You have two options for payment. We can either directly invoice your PCN or alternatively,
we can invoice your practice. If you choose the latter, you will need to coordinate with your PCN to
arrange your reimbursement.

Are you seeking customised face-to-face training?
If so, consider our 4 hour on-site training sessions!! When we bring the training to your practice,
all we require is a suitable room where the group won’t be disturbed. Access to your dispensary is
handy, but not imperative.
We personalise each session such as CDs, Drug Tariff & Endorsing, Maintaining Dispensary
Accuracy, Business Management Dispensary or Customer Service exclusively for your dispensary.
On-site training allows full interaction between your team and our tutor. While there are geographical
limitations, if an in-person visit is not feasible, we can adapt the course for delivery over a private
Teams booking.
