Urgent Update
The new Dispensing Fee Scale from 1 October 2023 has an average 38 pence per item DECREASE
compared to the April 2023 Fee Scale. The fee scale for April 2024 has been published and this should
increase the dispensing fees by about 26 pence per item, but you will have to ride out the dramatic
decrease, at the same time as you try to decrease losses.
