Booking Terms & Conditions

All cancellations must be received in writing or by email. Cancellations of the booking prior to 14 working days of the course date are 100% refundable. Cancellation of bookings less than 14 working days and any non-attendance on the day, without prior notification of the course date are chargeable.

Attendee substitutions, if Dispex is notified with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session, may be made with no additional charge. Details provided at booking must be correct, Dispex takes no responsibility for incorrect information submitted. It is the surgeries responsibility to ensure your PC system allows access to Zoom for your staff before a Dispex tutorial takes place. Dispex Ltd reserves the right at any time to change the date of the course or to cancel it completely, if they deem it necessary for any reason or cause beyond the control of the training provider. If Dispex cancel the course, then an alternative date/course will be offered once. This transfer must be undertaken on the first occasion offered or any payment already received is non-refundable. By entering an email address in the Booking confirmation email filed you are giving Dispex permission to send the recipient a training course confirmation, as well as permission to add the email address to our HCP mailing list, in order to receive information on similar training opportunities, NHS & Dispex news and commercial offerings. You will be able to unsubscribe at any point by following the email unsubscribe link or by contacting the office.
