What attendees will learn

This course offers an essential and practical overview of DSQS and DRUMs. Led by Dispex
experts, it equips dispensing teams, practice managers and accountable GPs with the
knowledge to meet compliance standards, maintain accurate documentation and uphold
quality across dispensing operations.

Participants will learn how to manage DSQS submissions, payment claims and staff
competency requirements, while ensuring best practice in record keeping, confidentiality
and incident reporting. The session also covers aligning staffing hours to dispensing volumes,
conducting effective DRUMs with correct SNOMED coding and patient engagement. The
importance of maintaining robust SOP reviews and risk management for ongoing safety
and compliance.

Each session is limited to 12 delegates

Cancellation of bookings less than 14 working days and any non-attendance on the day, without prior notification of the course date are chargeable.

Dispex Ltd reserves the right at any time to change the date of the course or to cancel it completely, if they deem it necessary for any reason or cause beyond the control of the training provider. If Dispex cancel the course, then an alternative date/course will be offered once. This transfer must be undertaken on the first occasion offered or any payment already received is non-refundable.
