All cancellations must be received in writing or by email. Cancellations of the booking prior to 14 working days of the course date are 100% refundable. Cancellation of bookings less than 14 working days and any non-attendance on the day, without prior notification are chargeable.

If Dispex is notified, attendee substitutions may be made at any time with no additional charge. Details provided at the time of booking must be correct, Dispex takes no responsibility for incorrect information submitted. Dispex Ltd reserves the right at any time to change the date of the course or to cancel it completely, if they deem it necessary for any reason or cause beyond the control of the training provider. If Dispex cancels the course, then an alternative date/course will be offered, this maybe a re-scheduled classroom course or online courses. The classroom based transfer must be undertaken on the first occasion offered, the online transfer must be used within 3 months of the cancellation.
